Horse Silver Side Meat

We select aged 3 to 7 horses’ back leg which are growing in Mongolia grassland. Evisceration and segmentation are done by Chinese workers. The segmentation part is clear and block type is integrate, with removing bone, and evisceration of lymph, oil, and tendon. Block type and meat compact is suitable for marinating, braising.
