SAYAN-UUL.LLC is an Mongolian meat processing company, producing frozen deboned horse meat, cooked goat with skin, cooked goat without skin, and cooked beef which integrates livestock acquisition, slaughtering processing, cooked food processing, import and export and sales. Our company has three meat processing plants in Ulaanbaatar and the east and west of Mongolia with advanced equipment, standard slaughtering processing, good hygienic environment. We ensures that all livestock processed at its plant comes from farms producing with the highest standards. Pipeline slaughtering, Chinese workers eviscerate with clear segmentation part and intact cut shape, according to the technical requirements. Halal slaughtering and processing, -40 degrees low temperature quick freezing, -18 degrees full course transportation, it takes only 10 days from the slaughter to the domestic market to ensure the appearance and taster fresh.

Our products are exported to China, Vietnam, Iran, Jordan and other Middle East countries and regions. In 2016-2019, the total amount of meat exported to China is in the lead in Mongolia.
